The owners of the Huacas farm have completed a topographic study of the project, which thereby the owners have proposed a plan for the development for the parcel. The proposed plan in this presentation calls for a condominium project to maximize the number of ocean view residences on each platform. Although, a developer could plan for an agricultural farm residential project consisting of home sites which are typically no smaller than 5000 square meters (1.25 acres). This plan uses the topography boundaries and road system to maximize the number of sites on each parcel . The buyer of the Huacas farm can decide at their own discretion how much they want to follow the proposed development plan.
